The petitioner is aggrieved by the orders passed by both the authorities below, rejecting his nomination form. When enquired, the counsel for the petitioners submits that today is the day for withdrawal of the nomination. The voting is scheduled on 10.07.2025. The election is at the fag end. In the circumstances, by keeping open the alternative remedy as is available to the petitioners in accordance with law, I deem it appropriate to not entertain the petition.
