After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a separate application before the Trial Court, seeking permission to obtain loan against some of the suit properties. She further submits that if any such application is filed, the Trial Court be directed to consider that application on its own merits 2.

In view of above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the instant petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is directed that if any such application is filed, the Trial Court shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law.
