By inviting our attention to the Circular dated 20.03.2025 it is claimed that such employees whose wards are taking education in 10th to 12th standards shall not be included in the list of the employees of transfers. In spite of which, the petitioner, whose name was not earlier included in the list of transfers of the employees, is transferred vide order impugned dated 02.06.2025 passed by the Chief General Manager (HR).

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 17.07.2025.

In addition to regular mode of service, service by all permissible modes is granted.
