The Administrator is informed to have not submitted the complete proposal for grant of approval to the transfer from unaided to aided post, which led to the rejection. 3.

In view of the Government Resolution dated 27th March, 2024, we permit the petitioner to appear before the Committee constituted thereunder on 29th July, 2025, with her grievance. Corrected as per Court's Order dated 4.

The Committee while looking into the grievance shall 17.07.2025 also cause, if so required, a complete proposal to be submitted to the Deputy Director of Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur for grant of approval and may pass an appropriate order within a period of eight weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 5.
