DATE : 24-07-2025.
Mr. Paunikar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited grievance of the petitioner is the observations in the impugned order in paragraph 6 labeling the conduct of the appellant/petitioner as 'blackmailing' the respondent. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy before the learned Tribunal was with respect to the Sale Deed and mutation of the property and the observation on the conduct of the petitioner in the nature of blackmailing tactics is absolutely unwarranted. Therefore, his limited grievance is for expunging of the observations in the impugned order. He submits that there is no material on the basis of which the Tribunal can record such kind of observations. 2.
On this limited grievance, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 01-08-2025.
