After going through the matter for some time with the assistance of learned counsel for the respective parties we find it appropriate to direct the petitioners as well as respective Zilla Parishad to file an affidavit on record stating therein the exact number of posts which were advertised, the posts which were filled in and the posts which are being occupied on contractual basis in order to effectively adjudicate the controversy involved in the present petition. 3.

Let the affidavit be filed till 15th January, 2026 with advance copy to the other side, so that the matter can be proceeded further.
