The counsel submits that order of 'no crossexamination' has been passed at 11.30 a.m. and counsel for petitioner (original petitioner) appeared at 12.30 noon. The argument is that though the counsel appeared little late, the order of 'no cross-examination' has far reaching effect on the petitioner's case.
