The prayer for removal of encroachment is being considered by the Sub-Divisional Engineer, Public Works Department, Kamptee, and on instruction, a statement is made by the learned AGP that notice for removal of encroachment in question has already been issued to the concerned parties. It is stated that the process for the same will be completed within six weeks, if there will be no legal impediment.

Considering the statement made by the learned AGP, nothing survives in the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
