Heard. This is yet another instance, when the scanning of pages has been not properly done by the Registry. After page No. 104, appears page No. 107. The counsel for the petitioners intended to refer to para 16 which is on page No. 105. Since page No. 105 was not scanned, the immediate response of the Court was that there is no paragraph No. 16 in the impugned order. Such remarks were made without noticing the fact that after page No. 104 is scanned page No. 107. This is not the only instance where the counsels were required to get surprising response from the Court because of absence of pages.

The Registry shall file report as regards steps that will be taken to ensure that henceforth such mistake will not be committed.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 01.08.2025. Issue notice on interim relief also.

In addition to usual mode, the petitioners shall serve the respondents by speed post and shall file affidavit of service. 5.
