Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in a proceeding under Section 41-D of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, 1950, the Joint Charity Commissioner removed the trustees of the Trust namely Shri Ram Mandir Deosthan, Jamni, Tah. Hinganghat, Distt. Wardha and appointed petitioner No.2 in the said proceeding. Thereafter, the process to appoint new board of trustees was undertaken and accordingly, the notice was issued calling the interested persons. The order to call the applications was made on 06.12.2014. It was by the Assistant Charity Commissioner. Thereafter, despite, the period of 11 years is lapsed no appointment is made. In the meantime, the person who was appointed to manage the trust died on 08.08.2024 and
927.WP.3775.2025.odt presently there is no one to manage the property of the trust and therefore, there is complete mismanagement in the trust. 3.
Issue notice to the respondents.

Learned AGP waives service of notice, on behalf of respondents/State.

It is expected that the respondents shall make it clear in their reply that within how much period the process would be completed and the board of trustees would be appointed in the Trust.
