The limited grievance raised in the present petition is that despite the applications were called on 6.12.2014 by the Assistant Charity Commissioner to constitute the Board of Trustees no steps were taken to constitute such Board of Trustees. 3.

The learned A.G.P. today makes a statement on instructions that by 31.8.2025 the process to constitute the Board of Trustees would be completed. Statement is accepted.

The letter addressed to the learned A.G.P. dated 30.7.2025 issued by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Wardha is taken on record and marked Article "A" for the purpose of identification. 5.
