It is pointed out that the respondent-husband has himself admitted the amount of outstanding arrears of maintenance as Rs.4,90,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only), as can be seen in his affidavit in reply dated 19.11.2025.

In view of this, the respondent-husband is directed to deposit the entire amount of arrears of Rs.4,90,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Ninety Thousand Only) within a period of two weeks from today. On failure of the respondent, appropriate orders considering the conduct of the respondent as reflected in the order dated 28.08.2024 passed by the Trial Court, will be passed.
