Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.

Considering the issue involved in the present petition, we are of the opinion that it will be appropriate and beneficial to direct the respondent-Zilla Parishad to file Government Map showing on the said Map 14 works of construction of roads in question and its length. 3.

We are surprised to note that despite the stay granted by the State Government, the respondent no.6 is continued the work of constructions of those roads.

In the circumstances, the respondents authorities are directed to not to release any payment in favour of the respondent no.6, till further orders of this Court.

Furthermore, the respondent no.6 is free to proceed with the work despite the stay, at his own risk. The respondent no.6 shall not claim any equity in this case for the reason that he has carried out the work and completed certain works, despite stay by Goovernment.

Place this matter on 09.02.2026 for further consideration. 6.

In the meantime, the petitioner to supply the copy of re-joinder to the respondent no.6.
