In the present writ petition a challenge is raised to the judgment and order of the School Tribunal, Amravati, directing the Petitioner-Management to reinstate the respondent No.1 with backwages. The judgment of the School Tribunal is under challenge on various grounds.

Learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out such grounds and pressing for ad-interim stay. However, the learned counsel for respondent No.1 opposed the such prayer. Thereupon, learned counsel for petitioner has pointed out that the respondent No.1 after Prity

2 / 2 18.wp3883.2025 the judgment approached with some persons in the School and tried to create a scene and disturb the functioning of the school.

Thereupon, the learned counsel for respondent No.1 makes a statement that till returnable date the respondent No.1 will not press for reinstatement however, he requested to hear the matter finally as the respondent No.1 is out of service from last two years. Accordingly, the statement of respondent No.1 is accepted. 5.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 26.08.2025.

Mr. Dapurkar, learned counsel waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1.

Petitioners are permitted to serve the respondent No.2 by private mode, in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with High Court Gazetted Officers' Association, Nagpur.
