Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The Secretary of the petitioner-Management and the respondent No.1 are present in person and filed joint compromise application. The said compromise application is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purpose. The contents of the compromise application are duly verified from the parties in person. Both of them have filed affidavit in support of the said application. As per this application, the respondent No.1 waived her claim of back wages and arrears of salary. The petitioner-Management has agreed to reinstate her by imposing some lesser punishment.

Further, the learned counsel for the petitioners has filed joint pursis dated 20/11/2025 regarding the compromise, which is taken on record and marked as 'Y' for identification purpose. The contents of the pursis are verified from the parties, who are present in person in the Court. The petition stands disposed of in terms of joint pursis (marked as 'Y').
