Rule. Rule is made returnable forthwith. Heard finally with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 2.
The present petition seeks a direction to the respondents to upload the petitioner no. 3's name and employee details on the Shalarth Portal forthwith and further prays for a direction to release the arrears of salary and continue to pay regular payment of salary to petitioner no. 3.

Mr. V. N. Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that during the pendency of the petition, the name of the petitioner no. 3 has been uploaded on the details of the Shalarth Portal forthwith, he therefore, submits that part of the grievance of the petitioner stands ventilated. He, however, points out that as far as the release of arrears of salary is concerned, the said cause of action still stands and, further, therefore prays for liberty to approach this Court in the event such cause of action or occasion arises.

In that view of the matter, on instructions, a statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner no. 3 is already uploaded on the Shalarth Portal, we dispose of the petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the legal remedy if the arrears of salary as prayed for is not released in his favour.

With these directions the petition is disposed of and all interim applications are disposed of as such. 6.
