The petitioners are claiming employment being project affected persons. It is submitted that the issue involved in the present matter is covered by the orders passed this Court in case of Namdeo and another V/s. Western Coal Field Ltd., through its Managing Director and others reported in 2024 SCC OnLine Bom 2156 and Writ Petition No.6049/2023 (Smt. Kusum Namdeo Khade V/s. Coal India Ltd. and others) delivered on 11.3.2025.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 8.9.2025. 4.

The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents by private mode of service in addition to regular mode of service and file an affidavit by next date of hearing, failing which the petitioner shall deposit costs of Rs.500/- with the High Court Gazetted Officers' Association, Nagpur.
