Having heard for sometime, it transpired that the notice under question (Annexure -T) is issued by Deputy Commissioner (Audit) Circle-V, CGST and Central Excise Audit Commissionerate, Nagpur to the Superintendent CGST & Central Excise, Range-Butibori-1, Division Hingna, Nagpur-1 Commissionerate. The notice is not yet served upon the petitioner. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the notice as and when served on him.
