4. By order dated 29-07-2025, notices were issued in the petition and interim relief in terms of prayer clause-(c) was granted. However, the petitioner has not supplied the copies for issuing notices upon respondent nos. 3 and 4. It is therefore clear that there is non compliance of Practice Note No.14(5) of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, 1960.

Petitioner to supply the copies on or before 25-08-2025, failing which, interim relief granted by order dated 29-07-2025 shall stand vacated.
