Heard Mr. Sonak, learned Advocate for the petitioner. 2.

Petitioner has challenged the orders passed by the respondents authorities deleting the mutation in the name of Vitthal Rukhmini Deosthan, Dhapewada by contending that the land bearing Survey Nos.21/1, 21/2, 21/4 and 99 was mutated in the name of deosthan, however, at the instance of respondent no.6 the entries are deleted without any basis. The petition is filed by the petitioner in his personal capacity, claiming himself to be the Joint Secretary of the Trust, however, the controversy is with respect to the rights of the Deosthan. 3.

Therefore, keeping open the issue of locus of petitioner, issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks. 4.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 5.
