Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The present petition seeks a direction to Respondent No. 2, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, to release the entire retiral benefits. It further prays for setting aside the invalidation order dated 30-12-2024 passed by Respondent No. 1.

While arguing the matter, learned Counsel for the petitioner invited our attention to a communication dated 29-11-2024 addressed by the petitioner to Respondent No. 2, stating that he does not want to press, and rather gives up, his caste claim, and would confine his claim only to retiral benefits.

In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not want to press prayer clause (ii) in the petition. 5.

Insofar as prayer clause (i) is concerned, we have heard the matter and reserved the same for judgment.
