Considering the prayer clause made in the Writ Petition to the effect that issue direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court at Warora to decide the Contempt Proceedings No.2 of 2024 filed by the petitioner from 23/09/2024, we are of the view that the purpose would be served if a direction to the learned Court to decide the Contempt Proceedings at the earliest, is issued.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division and Judicial Magistrate First Class Court at Warora to decide the Contempt Proceedings No.2 of 2024 at the earliest.
