After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from the petitioner No.1 who is personally present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate Revision Application under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 3.

Permission is granted.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The petitioners are entitled to point out that the time was consumed in prosecuting the instant petition, for seeking condonation of delay, if any.
