The learned Senior Advocate and Government Pleader Shri Chauhan raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the petition by relying upon the judgments in (1) Maharashtra Chess Association V/s. Union of India and others reported in (2020) 12 SCC 285, (2) Food Safety Services, Bhandara V/s. State of Maharashtra and others reported in 2023 SCC OnLine Bom 3045 and (3) State of Goa V/s Summit Onlne Trade Solutions Private Limited and others reported in (2023) 7 SCC 791 and submits that the jurisdiction lies at principal seat of this Court.

Thereupon Mr. Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file it before the principal seat. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
