Heard Advocate Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for petitioner. He submits that the impugned order in this petition is also under challenge in Writ Petition No.3773/2025, in which notices are already issued. He submits that the issue involved in both the petitions are identical and hence the petition may be heard together. 2.
