Heard Advocate Mr. Kadu, learned counsel for petitioner.

The petitioner challenges order passed by the School Tribunal condoning the delay in filing the appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that the Tribunal has condoned the delay by only observing that the delay on account of Covid-19 pandemic needs to be condoned. He submits that the appeal was filed on 10.04.2024 much after the pandemic was over and there is delay of about three years and eight months for which there was no sufficient explanation.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.
