Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the petitioner is ready to return the four tera bite (04 TB) hard-disk, which was inadvertently given to him by the respondent No.3-the Office of Additional Tribal Commissioner, Dist. Amravati. 2.

In view of the readiness of the petitioner to return the four tera bite (04 TB) hard-disk, learned AGP submits that the information demanded by the petitioner can be supplied to him by a separate USB Hard-disk.

Petitioner is permitted to handover the four tera bite (04 TB) hard-disk to the respondent No.3 within a period of one week from today.

In view of above, list the petition on 16.03.2026, for further consideration.
