The present writ petition was filed on 21.04.2025 and was listed for the first time before this Court on 07.04.2026. However, in the said matter, an adjournment was sought and the matter was kept on 16.04.2026. 3.

Even on 16.04.2026, the matter was not argued and an adjournment was sought till 21.04.2026.

Even today, nobody appears even on second call. 5.

Perusal of the petition reveals that the present matter pertains to an examination process conducted by respondent No.2-Maharashtra Public Service Commission, the result of the same was published in December 2023. 6.

The claim of the petitioner was rejected by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal vide order dated 12.02.2025, against which the petitioner has nd.thawre

However, a challenge in the present writ petition is rendered infructuous by efflux of time.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
