Learned Senior Advocate Mr.C.S.Kaptan, points out that while remanding the matter to the respondent No.2 certain observations were made and it was expected that considering those observations, which were based on the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, fresh order be passed by the respondent. However, the respondent has passed similar order as was earlier passed and thereby ignored the findings recorded by this Court in the earlier order.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.08.2025.

Learned AGP waives service of notice for respondent.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the order dated 13.02.2025.
