The petition prays for a direction to the respondents to consider the inclusion of the petitioners in the State Level Cadre Services under the 25% Municipal Employees Quota in accordance with their qualifications and experience. It is the case of the petitioners that they, being similarly situated, their name should have included in the list of eligible employees for regularization and State Level Cadre Services and grant of parity in service benefits, including pension. From the record, it reveals that the representation dated 25.06.2025 is pending before the respondents and more particularly the respondent No.2, who is the competent authority to consider the same. In that view of the matter, and without dealing on any point on the merits of the matter, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the said representation dated
