Advocate Mr. P.S. Kadam, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr. Ram Karode, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 state that the Appeal filed under Section 16(2) is pending before the Additional Commissioner, Amravati/respondent No.1 at the stage of final hearing and it is fixed for 12th August, 2025.

The instant petition is arising out of an interim order passed in that Appeal and, therefore, it is desirable that the main proceedings are allowed to be decided by the respondent No.1.

In view of this, the respondent No.1 is requested to conduct final hearing of the Appeal at the earliest preferably on

In view of this direction, no other orders need to be passed and the writ petition is disposed of.
