Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has made the following prayers amongst others: (A) Quash and set aside the impugned communication dated 26.03.2025 issued by the respondent no.4-Tahsildar, Kuhi, Tah. Kuhi, District Nagpur (Annexure-A);
(B) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, hold and declare that the seizure panchanama dated 26.03.2205 (26.03.2025) is illegal and direct the respondent no.4-Tahsildar, Kuhi, District Nagpur and Respondent no.5-Police Station Officer, Veltur, Tah:Kuhi, District Nagpur to forthwith release the truck bearing No. MH-40-AK-5690 in custody of the petitioner: 3.
As far as prayer for quashing and setting aside the impugned communication dated 26.03.2025 is concerned, the same is only an intimation requesting the petitioner to attend the Office of the Tahsildar along with the papers of the vehicle which was seized/detained on a finding that it was carrying and transporting 4 brass of sand twice. The petitioner accordingly attended the office of
944-WP-4232-2025.odt 2 the Tahsildar on 27.03.2025 and the Tahsildar passed an order on 15.04.2025. There is no challenge raised to the said order though the present petition was filed subsequently on 23.07.2025. 5.
