The petitioner by way of this amendment seeks to place on record subsequent events and communication, which is as per the petitioner is having no substance, without jurisdiction and vague.

As reply is yet to be filed, there is no impediment in allowing this application. As such, permission is granted to amend the petition. The amendment to be carried out within two days. The learned counsel for the respondents to file their consolidated reply on the main petition as well as amended portion within a week thereafter. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
