Petitioner's challenge is to the order passed by the Mamlatdar as well as Sub-Divisional Officer directing removal of obstructions from the land belonging to the petitioner. 3.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after three weeks.

Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there are standing crops in his field and in case the Circle Officer takes steps in compliance with the impugned orders, the petitioner will suffer irreparably. In view of this, parties are directed to maintain status quo till next date.
