At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner restricts his prayer for direction to the respondent-Joint Director of Higher Education, Nagpur Division, Nagpur to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 25.5.2024 within time bound period. 2.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, makes a statement that the Joint Director will decide the proposal of the petitioner within three moths from today. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent-Joint Director to decide the proposal of the petitioner dated 25.5.2024 within three months from today. Needless to mention here that a decision shall be taken after hearing the parties.
