Heard Mr. S.P. Sonwane, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner who is husband has challenged the order passed by the Family Court rejecting petitioner's application for permission to place on record certain documents which are related to medical treatment of the respondent and which have bearing upon the grounds raised in the petition. The petitioner submits that even his application for making himself available for medical examination, which was not opposed by the respondent-wife is rejected by the same impugned order.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that husband is ready to resolve the controversy through mediation after the

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after four weeks.

The petitioner is permitted to file an application for adjournment before the Family Court and in case it is filed, the same may be considered favourably.
