Learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as learned Advocate for the respondent, on instructions, state that the parties to this petition and the litigation are ready to go for mediation. Both the parties jointly suggest the name of Advocate Mr. J.J. Chandurkar, to act as a Mediator.

Accordingly, the matter is referred for mediation and the parties are directed to appear before the learned Mediator on 01st December 2025. Thereafter, learned Mediator may take as many sittings as are desirable for exploring the possibility of settlement through mediation. If the settlement is arrived at, then the learned Mediator may help the parties in drafting the terms of settlement. Learned Mediator is requested to submit his report, preferably within a period of one month.
