Shri Mohgaonkar undertakes to supply the copy of counter affidavit in advance to Shri C.S. Kaptan, Senior Advocate, appearing for the petitioner.

If the respondent No.3 fails to file counter affidavit by the next date, he shall pay the costs of Rs.25,000/-, for the reason that many chances were granted for the same. The costs be deposited in the 'Public Welfare Account' bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code UBIN0812978 with Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur. 5.
