The petitioner, in the present petition, prays for direction to the Divisional Commissioner to decide the application preferred by the petitioner for disqualification of the respondent Nos.4 to 13, under Section 39 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act. 2.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, makes a statement that within three weeks the Commissioner would decide the application. Accordingly, statement is recorded as an undertaking and petition is disposed of. No costs.
