AUGUST 11, 2025 CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 1855/2025 This is an application seeking amendment in the cause title of the petition.

2] For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

3] The application is disposed of.

WRIT PETITION NO. 4361/2025 4] The challenge is to judgment dated 25/7/2025 passed by the Member, Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Nagpur Bench, Nagpur, in Original Application No. 737/2023, thereby dismissing the application filed by the petitioners challenging the order of termination.

5] Thus, the effect of the judgment of the Tribunal is that the order of termination of services of the petitioners stood certified.

100-WP-4361-2025 6] The learned Counsel for respondent nos. 4 to 13 (caveators) submits that reply is ready and will be filed by tomorrow. Be filed.

7] The learned A.G.P. shall take instructions from respondent nos. 1 to 3, and file affidavit-in-reply, if necessary, within two weeks from today.

8] Mr. Akshay Naik, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, submits that the Tribunal had stayed the order for a period of two weeks from the date of its uploading. We are informed that the order was uploaded on 29/7/2025 and that two weeks will conclude tomorrow, i.e., on 12/8/2025. He accordingly makes a request to continue the relief.

9] The request, being reasonable, is accepted, because we have granted time to the respondents to file reply.

10] Accordingly, the impugned judgment shall stand stayed till next date.
