The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the trial Court rejecting the preliminary objection and also the order allowing the amendment application. He submits that the impugned order is passed by ignoring the provisions of bar of civil suit as per Section 158 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and provisions of Section 4 of the Maharashtra Revenue Jurisdiction Act, 1976.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after four weeks.

Mrs. Kavita Bhondge, learned A.G.P. waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. 4.

In the meantime, interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) to operate, which is reproduced as under :
