Only ground on which the enquiry report came to be challenged is that in a petition filed by the responded No.6 this Court directed to hold enquiry whereas the respondent No.6 had no locus to file the said petition.

Admittedly, Writ Petition No.8250/2022 filed by the respondent No.6 was disposed of on 7.7.2023 and thereafter till the completion of enquiry or immediately after initiation of the enquiry, no steps were taken by the petitioner to approach this Court and seek recall of the said order. Now enquiry is complete and the report is submitted. In that view of the matter, at this stage, enquiry report cannot be set aside only on the ground that the petition in which the direction to hold enquiry was issued was entertained by this Court despite the fact that the respondent No.6 had no locus to file the said petition. In the circumstances, we do not find any merit in said submissions. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of. No costs. (MRS.VRUSHALI V.JOSHI, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) Tambaskar.
