The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking limited relief of conducting the arbitration proceedings at Amravati, on the ground that the petitioners are facing difficulty in attending the arbitration proceedings which are being conducted at Chennai.

On 16.09.2025, learned counsel Mr.

Motwani, appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 - finance company, was requested to obtain instructions regarding the relief sought by the petitioners.

Today, Mr. Motwani, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, submits that the respondents are agreeable to conducting the arbitration proceedings through video conferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioners confirms that the

In view of the aforesaid submissions and the consensus between the parties, the petition stands disposed of as settled, with the arbitration proceedings to be conducted through video conferencing.
