The petitioners are permitted to serve the respondents by private mode in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit of service by next date, failing which the petitioners shall pay costs of Rs.500/-(Rs. Five hundred) with the High Court Gazetted Officer's Association, Nagpur.

In view of the fact that, similar issue is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, as stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Tribunal may not proceed with the contempt proceedings.
