In the present matter, prayer is made to direct the respondent No.2 to decide the representation made by the petitioner dated 18/11/2024, however, at the same time, it is pointd out that the Assistant Revenue and Public Information Officer, ULC Nagpur informed that the record of Case No.1107/1976 is not available in the original record and therefore, it cannot be supplied.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw present petition and take further action in pursuance of above referred information dated 14/01/2025 provided by the Public Information Officer, ULC, Nagpur.
