The present writ petition was filed on 08/05/2025. However, it was never listed before the Court till 08/04/2026. On 08/04/2026 since nobody appeared, the petition was kept today for dismissal. 3.

Even today, nobody appears for the petitioner. 4.

Perusal of the prayer clause reveals that the petitioner had approached this Court in regard to Tuition Fee Scholarship Scheme enumerated in the Government Resolution dated 29/07/2024 for the academic year 2024-2025. Since the academic year is over in March 2025, nothing survives in the writ petition. It is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
