Heard Mr. D.M. Kakani, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have challenged the award dated 7.5.2025, passed by the Labour Court, Akola, in Reference case by which it is directed that the respondent be reinstated with continuity in service with 25% backwages.

It is submitted that there existed no direct employer and employees relationship in between the petitioners and the respondent, however, the relevant documents were not filed before the Labour Court and hence the petitioners prays for remand of the matter for fresh trial before the Labour Court. 4.

Issue notice for final disposal of the matter to the respondent, returnable after three weeks.
