Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP. (2) After hearing for sometime, we deem it appropriate to grant alternative relief claimed by the Petitioner by prayer clause (4) wherein the Petitioner is seeking relief of obtaining necessary certificate from the Competent Authority and further allow the Petitioner to file proposal for herself for verification of caste/tribe to the Scrutiny Committee having jurisdiction in the State of Maharashtra. (3) Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file Application for grant of fresh tribe/certificate before the Competent Authority i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Gadhiroli. ..
