Heard Mr. S. R. Narnaware, the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The contention of the petitioner is that he is seeking direction of this Court to the respondents to implement the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022 and the judgment dated 16.12.2022 delivered by the Aurangabad Bench of this Court and also the judgment dated 13.03.2025 in the Writ Petition No.5017/2022 delivered by this Court.
