Ms. S.S. Dashputre, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.2 and 3 has tendered across the Bar a Pursis in connected Writ Petition No.5017/2022. Along with said Pursis a communication has been placed on record addressed to the counsel for the petitioner that the G.R. in question dated 14.12.2022 is not applicable in the case of the petitioner on various grounds mentioned in the petition. Pursis also comprises of tracking report that the concerned communication is received by the addressee.

In that view of the matter, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the said communication on all grounds as available in law.

Permission is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for.
